No postcode needed
Hong Kong doesn't use postcodes, so the district is all we need to price collection. The exact address comes later, once you've said yes.
Car parks and village roads
Tell us if the car is in a building car park with a height limit, or down a narrow village lane. Neither is a problem; we just plan for it.
Not driving it any more?
If the car is off the road or the licence has lapsed, mention it in the notes. We'll arrange for it to be moved without being driven.
